I Got Mad Today
I was talking to friends, and they brought this new girl. I don’t really like her, she likes taking over everything, making the conversation center around herself rather than the topic at hand, but anyways. I was tolerating her, till she said something that really angered me.
“Oh you’re all just a ball of flamin’ queers!”
That right there pissed me off. I hate when people take homosexuality as something wrong, as something negative. I’m straight, but even then, I wasn’t insulted at being called queer, but the fact that she said the word queer as if it was an insult. My friends knew it pissed me off, especially because I tend to move myself away from homophobic people.
Honestly, what is wrong with you girl? I dislike this girl, and now now I know that some people are just stupid. I’d rather not deal with this again for a long time.
